I found !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in the Japan Other section of Goo-Net.
It's a retro styled convertible. Looks like it's based on a K11 Micra convertible.
No direct rear shot, so I can't read the badge on the back properly.
Anyone have an idea what this thing is called? It's retro styled, like a Mitsuoka Viewt, but clearly not one.

It's a Copel Bonito. Basically a Japanese clone of British Leyland product based on Nissan Micra.

Its a Lotas Princess, based on a '90s Nissan March, styled to look like a classic Vanden Plas Princess 1300.
Copel made a 1300 lookalike too, but I believe Lotas were the only ones that did a convertible.
EDIT: apparently Copel did a cabrio as well, so it could be either. Don't know enough about the details to tell them apart.
